Elena Marchetti grew up in a family of goldsmiths in the Valenza Po region of Piedmont, Italy's historic center of fine jewelry manufacturing. Her bridal collections are the culmination of a craft heritage that stretches back four generations — but she designs for the woman of today, seeking pieces that will still feel right in fifty years. Her studio occupies a restored 19th-century building in Milan's Brera district.
