We recommend measuring the inner circumference of a ring that already fits well, or visiting a local jeweller for a professional sizing. Our ring sizes run from 47 to 57 (EU sizing). If you're between sizes, we recommend going up. Each product page includes a printable size guide.

All Rubio pieces are hallmarked in accordance with EU precious metal standards. Gold items are stamped with their carat (750 for 18k, 585 for 14k). Platinum is marked 950. Certificates of authenticity are included with every purchase.

Clean gold pieces with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, then pat dry. Avoid contact with chlorine, perfumes, and lotions. Store pieces individually in the provided pouch or a fabric-lined box to prevent scratching. Diamond settings should be checked by a jeweller once a year.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with all packaging and certificates intact. Personalised and engraved pieces are non-returnable. Please email support@rubio-demo.com with your order number to initiate a return.

Yes — many of our rings, bangles, and pendants can be personalised with a short message or initials. Select the engraving option on the product page and enter your text at checkout. Engraved pieces require an additional 3–5 business days for production.

All orders are shipped fully insured and require a signature on delivery. International orders include a tracking number and full coverage up to the declared retail value. We ship worldwide via trusted luxury couriers.
