Please read these terms carefully before using the Rubio platform. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Who We Are
Rubio is operated by Rubio Jewels S.r.l., a company registered in Italy (VAT IT98765432101). Our registered address is Via Montenapoleone 8, Milan, MI 20121, Italy.
When you purchase from Rubio, you are entering into a contract with Rubio Jewels S.r.l.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Fine jewelry pieces marked as 'made to order' may require 3–6 weeks for production. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Prices are displayed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfer for orders above €5,000, and selected digital payment methods.
3. Shipping and Delivery
All jewelry is shipped fully insured from our Milan fulfilment centre. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days within the EU, and 5–10 business days internationally.
All shipments require a signature on delivery. If you are unavailable, a second delivery attempt will be made. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
4. Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return unworn items in original condition and packaging, with all certificates and documentation.
Bespoke, engraved, and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.
To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@rubio-demo.com with your order number.
5. Authenticity and Certification
All Rubio pieces are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Diamond pieces of 0.30ct and above include a GIA, HRD, or IGI certificate as appropriate.
All metals are hallmarked in accordance with EU precious metals regulations.
