Pierre Fontaine trained as a watchmaker in Le Locle before pivoting to jewelry design, and the precision of Swiss horology is audible in everything he makes. His watches are, in his own words, 'jewelry that happens to keep time' — cases shaped with the care of a ring, bracelets finished with the patience of a necklace. He is fascinated by the intersection of the mechanical and the precious.
